Reuben Kisigwa is an expert in aligning Credit Risk and Compliance Standards with best practices in Credit
Management. He has developed training guides for Credit Risk Management and trains Boards and Senior
Management on the subject.
He has over 25 years of senior roles in Banking and Finance. He successfully managed large corporate
credit portfolios as a Senior Credit Manager and as Head of Credit Risk. Reuben is a versatile trainer who
is also a certified Competency-based curriculum developer.
Reuben holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship, a BBA in Management and a Certificate in Leadership
Development. He is a Full Member of Kenya Institute of Management (FKIM) and an Associate Member of
The Institute of Risk Management Kenya (AIRM).
